PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE.

 

1) INITIATE RETURN :
IF YOU'RE READING THIS, STOP WORRYING! WE HAVE AN EASY RETURN POLICY. THE RETURN WINDOW STARTS FROM THE DAY YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. 

 

2) POINTS TO FOLLOW FOR SMOOTH RETURN :
BY OPTING TO RETURN, WE CONSIDER, THE CUSTOMER IS IN AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS GIVEN BELOW.

    RETURN / EXCHANGED CONDITIONS:

    A) RETURN : 
        a) Return accepted within 4 days from date of delivery.
        b) Return accepted for defect, for change in size, color, product.
        c) We only allow Return on items that are new and have not been worn or washed or altered.
        d) An order that has been RETURNED TWICE, cannot be RETURNED, but can EXCHANGE from  the store only.
       e) Socks are not eligible for exchange or returns.
       f) We will refund you the money to your desired mode of payment.


 B) EXCHANGE :
     a) After 4 days from the date of delivery, the customer can exchange the product via the store only.
     b) During the exchange process we cannot give monetary refunds for any reasons.

 

3) PROCESS FOR INITIATING RETURN ON APP :
   A) Click on the return tab, given below and fill the required details.
   B) Send one image of the product with the tags visible, the cloth bag and the box @ 6297317556.
   C) If the photo is not proper, your request will get rejected.
   D) 
Depending on the details provided by the customer, request can take time to be approved upto 7 days. Once images are verified, and request is approved, we will schedule pickup of the exchange product from your doorstep.
   E) When returning please ensure that the product is appropriately folded, with tags attached. Kindly pack it with the plastic cover, cloth bag, and cardboard box.) The product should be in resalable condition and should not be used or washed.
   F) The order number should be visible on the packaging or paste a paper where the order number is visible, and then only we could identify your order once it reaches our warehouse. IF NO ORDER NUMBER IS VISIBILE, THE PACKAGE MAY NOT BE TRACKABLE AT OUR WAREHOUSE, LEADING TO BE MARKED AS LOST OR UNDELIVERED, RESULTING IN REFUND DELAYS.

 

 

3) PROCESS FOR REVERSE PICKUP
    A) After approval of request, order items will be picked up from your door step in 3-4 days by our delivery / courier partners (Bluedart/Delhivery/Ecom).
    B) Post pickup, Quality Checked will be completed in 2 days' time. On receipt of Quality Checked request, we immediately create issue refund to returned order.

 

4) FURTHER DETAILS ON EXCHANGE PROCESS
    The actual color of the product may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your device.
